Dr. Sarah Ogilvie
Dr Sarah Ogilvie is a Canberra-based Organisational Psychologist who has completed her Doctoral thesis at Melbourne University in the broader area of conflict resolution. In her thesis, she specifically explored how the perceptions or frames of reference that people bring to the negotiation table may shift to bring about more optimal resolutions in the negotiation process.
In her twelve years of experience as an organisational design and development advisor, she has provided advice and implementation services to organisations both here in Australia and internationally.
Sarah is an active leader of the Top of Mind interest group which aims to translate the results of extensive counterintuitive research findings into practices in the workplace.
Sarah is currently employed by Ernst & Young, a global accountancy services firm in which she provides expertise in the People and Organisation area.
